Teaming Up with a Creative Spirit: Interior Design for Every Budget
As a professional brand photographer with a knack for storytelling, I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with an extraordinary human, turn interior designer based in Minnetonka. Her philosophy is both simple and revolutionary: hiring a designer should not be a luxury reserved for the elite. From this idea, Poetic Interiors, LLC was born. She passionately believes that "everyone deserves to come home to a space they love, regardless of budget constraints." Whether it's a no-cost refresh using what's already on hand, a $200 room makeover, or a full house design, she works tirelessly to ensure that each client’s space is not only beautiful but also truly reflective of their personality and lifestyle.
Our designer's approach is nothing short of poetic, fitting perfectly with her love for literary arts.
While she may not describe a home as a poem, there's an undeniable poetry in the way she helps clients find their identity within their spaces. Every room she touches becomes a canvas for storytelling, a layered narrative that unfolds as you move through it. Her designs are a blend of thoughtfulness and creativity, where every corner holds a piece of the owner's story, waiting to be discovered and cherished.
One of the most remarkable aspects of her work is her commitment to personalization and accessibility. She’s a helper and a doer, always ready to roll up her sleeves and dive into a project, no matter the size or budget. Yet, she’s also a bit of a rebel, unafraid to break the conventional rules of design. In her world, rules are guidelines until they stifle creativity. Her designs are bold, vibrant, and far from the bland, beige boxes that many of us find ourselves settling for. With her, every space becomes an adventure, a unique expression of the individuals who inhabit it.
When she connected with MinneBrand Photography, it was clear that her vision extended beyond just interior design. She wanted to start or revamp her website images, create visual content that would fill social media campaigns for six months or more, update her headshot, and produce content for print materials such as ads, business cards, flyers, and brochures. Planning for her Brand Photography shoot was underway from our first conversation.
In teaming up with this incredible human, I’ve seen firsthand how her work transforms not just spaces, but lives. Her ability to bring beauty and functionality together in harmony is truly inspiring. She reminds us all that our homes should be a reflection of who we are—a place where our stories are told and our poetic identities are celebrated.
